Anushka Sharma was born on May 1, 1988 at Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh. She is the daughter of Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka's father is an officer in the colonel (retd.) and her mother works as a housewife. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother, who was in the Merchant Navy is now a film director.
